We allocate at least 3 hours for each appointment. On arrival our technician will don shoe covers before coming into your home. Your appliance will be heated to 100 degrees (ovens only) and the technician will begin to dismantle all removable parts, shelves, panels and light covers, which will then be taken to our van to be placed in our heated tank containing our environmentally friendly cleaning products. The doors will be removed and where possible the glass will be separated to clean both inside and outside of the glass.
Whilst the removable parts are being soaked the technician will begin cleaning the rest of the appliance but not before covering the surrounding area with protective covers to prevent any spillage onto your floors.
Once the main sections of the appliance are cleaned thoroughly the technician will dry and polish the appliance and then return to the tank to remove the soaking parts from the tank. These will then be rinsed and polished before being reinstated on the appliance.
Before leaving the technician will want you to check that you are happy with the work and that everything is working as it should be.
